1. Do you provide free consultation?

Ans: Yes, we provide an option for free consultation. For more details please look under 'SERVICES' tab.

2. Do we have to go ahead with you after the consultation?

Ans: No. We provide you the options. Choose what is best for you.

3. What is the difference between a Migration Agent and a Registered Migration Agent?

Ans: It is punishable by law to give Migration advice to others. There is an exempt category who include spouses, siblings of applicant, politicians etc. Unregistered agents or migration agents are not legally permitted to give advice in Australia. They are not regulated and thus any offence they commit is not policed leaving the visa applicant vulnerable. The advantage of registered migration agents is that they are trained and qualified professionals in Migration law who sit a rigorous test to get registered and are regulated by a governing body. 

4. Do you provide Citizenship Advice?

Ans: Yes. We provide assistance for Citizenship.

5. Are you part of the Migration department?

Ans: No. We are a different organization and no we don't work for the Migration department.

6. Can you guarantee me a visa?

Ans: No. We will assess your situation and act in your best interest to launch an application based on your current circumstances. The Migration department assesses the application and gives the final outcome.

7. Why does the visa fee vary so much?

Ans: Each individual is in a different situation when the agent assesses the applicant. Complexities of visa scenarios for applicants vary so does the visa fees.

8. What is the process?

Ans: Firstly, we meet over a zoom call or in person and discuss your current situation. Based on it visa options will be provided. If you would like to proceed further, we send you an agreement with our fees. If you wish to proceed, you sign the agreement and pay the fees. Visa application process begins as soon as we finish this step. We keep you notified along the progress of the application.
